General
- There will be lots of performers in old fashioned costumes.
- St George and his lady in waiting, both on horseback, will be riding between the museum entrance and the town centre/Market Square.
- A fun dragon on stilts will be walking between the museum and town centre/Market Square.
- Two Blue Badge parking spaces are located on Church Street, to the left of the museum entrance. Additional Blue Badge parking is available in the nearby town centre car parks.
- The nearest car parks are Exchange Street (approx. 0.4 miles/644 metres walk to the museum, signposted through the town centre) and Friarscroft (approx. 0.3 miles/483 metres walk to the museum, some of which is uphill).

- Changing Places toilets are located at Sainsbury’s Aylesbury Gatehouse (0.8 miles from Market Square) and Upper hundreds car park (0.3 miles from Market Square, this is an easy walk directly down the High Street).
- Search ‘Aylesbury’ on the Changing Places website to view the location of Sainsbury’s Aylesbury Gateway and the Upper Hundreds car park Changing Places toilets.
Discover Bucks Museum
- Roads and pavements leading to the museum have sections of cobbles and uneven surfaces.
- The museum has its own range of accessible facilities and services, including disabled toilet and smooth flat surfaces.
- A sensory map, showing areas and levels of stimulation, will be available at the museum reception.
- Activities and performances take place on the ground floor and in the garden.
- A Quiet/Safe Zone will be available in the corridor leading to the crafts and games rooms.
- Performance schedule showing BSL allocation (TBC).
The King’s Head pub
- The ground in The King’s Head is cobbled and can be very uneven. Take care when walking around.
- Activities and performances take place in the courtyard and in the dining room, which is signposted.
- An accessible toilet is available, the access code is available from the bar or a member of staff

Parade
- Led by St George on horseback, a large ‘puppet’ dragon and including a marching band (very loud and continuous noise).
- Parade will contain large flags, lots of people and those in uniforms and historical costumes.
- The general parade viewing areas around Market Square have sections of cobbles and uneven surfaces.
- Dedicated and elevated viewing area is available at the top of the steps outside Metro Bank, accessed via the sloped entrance to Friars Square Shopping Centre.
